Hey there! My name is January Pugh, and I am a highly dedicated, RRCA Certified Run Coach with over 13 years of Health Coaching experience. As the founder and owner of All Things January, LLC, I have cultivated an extensive professional background involving running, wellness, health, and nutrition, and made it my mission to help others succeed with their goals and unearth their full potential.
As an avid runner based in Atlanta, my story started in high school when I signed up for the track and field/cross country team. I quickly discovered that running was a sport that provided me with an outlet, allowing me to relax while also challenging me mentally and physically. Though I stopped running for a bit, I ultimately returned back to it 20 years later and have, to date, completed numerous 5k's, 10k's, 15k's, Half Marathons and Marathons. Furthermore, I have over a decade of experience as a Health Coach and Consultant at Precision Health, am a graduate of Creighton School of Law, a proud UCLA Bruin, and of course, a passionate RRCA Certified Run Coach.
Whether it be running for fitness, fun, or to compete, nothing makes me happier than being a valuable resource for others to overcome barriers, capitalize on their strengths, and build the confidence necessary to thrive. Overall, I have a true passion for my career and demonstrate my devotion by providing excellent coaching services, which can give you the peace of mind that you are in the best hands to live the most fulfilled, happiest, and healthiest life that you deserve. In the end, you already have what it takes within you to achieve short/long-term fitness and performance goals, and I am here to help surface that so you can finally see it for yourself! LET'S PLAN, FOCUS, EXECUTE AND ACHIEVE!
